If your property passes our checks, we'll introduce you to providers looking for a home. You only pay an introduction fee if a lease is signed.
Who we are
Janine
Ellie
We're Janine and Ellie, a mother and daughter team from Liverpool. Janine is a registered nurse with 15 years in care, and runs Park Home Care, with two children's homes in Liverpool. Ellie is a property developer who turns run-down buildings into homes for care. Together, we cover both sides of opening a home: the building and the care inside it.
How can we help?
We work with two groups: new providers ready to open a children's home, and landlords with a C2 or certificate of lawfulness property who want to lease to a provider.
Every journey starts with a free one-hour discovery call, where we get to know you, understand your reasons for starting, and see whether our services are a good fit.
If you'd like to go further after your call, we'll meet you in person to build your personal plan. This is a one-hour consultation at our Liverpool office, costing £100.
