Want to open a children's home?
Whether you already have a property, have one in mind, or are just getting started, our free one-hour discovery call is the place to begin. It's an informal chat to get to know you, understand where you're at, and see how we can work together.
Come with your questions. The more research you've done beforehand, the more we can advise you on the call, even if that's just looking into start-up costs, the area you want to operate in, or the staffing you'll need. Make the most of this free hour, as our in-person consultations after it are £100.
Landlord with a C2 or certificate of lawfulness property?
If you'd like to lease your property to a children's home provider, book a free call and tell us about it. If your property passes our quality checks, we'll put it forward to our network of providers.
An introduction fee of one month's rent is payable within 14 days of a lease being signed.
Come with your questions, and we'll do our best to help get your property ready for occupancy.
Prefer to meet in person?
After your first call, we like to meet in person to go through our services in detail and put together a plan for you. This is for both new providers and landlords.
Every client is different, with their own starting point, knowledge and goals. To get the most from your meeting, do some research after your discovery call and bring your questions, so we can give you more detailed answers.
In-person consultations are £100 at our Liverpool office if you choose to progress.
Anything else?
We offer two services: consultancy for new providers setting up a children's home, and introducing quality C2 properties to our clients.
