The discovery call is free, and in-person consultations are £100 at our Liverpool office. Our full consultancy package is £10,000 for providers, plus optional add-ons if you need them, such as introductions to landlords whose C2 properties we've already assessed. You also have us for any future properties, and we can amend your paperwork for a set fee.

C2 is a good start, but it doesn't guarantee the property is ‘suitable’. Ofsted also looks at location, layout and the local area. If your property needs planning or a certificate of lawfulness, we'll guide you through it.

Usually four to six months, sometimes longer. Most of that time is preparation, which is where we help.

Yes. Book a free landlord call and tell us about your property. If it passes our quality checks, we'll introduce it to our providers for an introduction fee.
-
Yes but we usually stick within the North West as there is a huge demand for children to be placed here and charity starts from home!

We've been where you are. Opening a children's home is overwhelming: it's a big cost, it's a risk, and nothing is guaranteed. We've done it ourselves from scratch, finding the property, getting planning and taking a home all the way through to Ofsted registration.
Along the way, we streamlined the process so others don't have to struggle through it alone. The more people we help, the stronger our network becomes, the better the homes are, and the more children have somewhere safe to live. We're not here to compete. We're here to build connections and to do some good.
